[SC]
APPLICANT: Bianca Torrence; Representative: Bradley, E.B.E. Associates
APPELLANTS: 1) John Peters; and 2) Eric Carr

MAN, LOTS OF PROJECTS IN THE CITY WITH BRADLEY, E.B.E. ASSOCIATES AS "REPRESENTATIVE" OR "EXPIDITER". AND I'VE SEEN NOTHING BUT VARIANCE REQUESTS, THEN THE IMPENDING APPEAL, THAT IS USELESS, CAUSE THE CITY IS ON HIS SIDE.

If someone can find a project Bradley is involved with, that does not involve asking the City for a variance, please post it here, cause I keep looking, but all I can find are variance requests and community appeals, only to be approved anyway. And lots of entitlements given to Bradley. AND he is president of Glassell Park NC, which give input regarding these project approvals.

SO COME ON DOWN TO CITY HALL TUESDAY JUNE 26TH AT 4:30pm TO GIVE A LITTLE PUBLIC COMMENT, AND TELL THE PLANNING COMMITTEE EXACTLTY HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT MORE ZONING VARIANCES FOR MR. BRADLEY -- I MEAN JUST BRADLEY.
